What to include
Bug reports
Your device, browser and what happened just before the problem. A screenshot helps a lot.
Cheater reports
The player's name, the arena number (shown on the Invite button) and the approximate time.
Ban appeals
Your username or in-game name and why you believe the ban was a mistake.
Privacy requests
Most requests can be done instantly in the game: "Download my data" and "Delete account". For anything else, include your username. See the Privacy Policy.
We will never ask for your password or recovery codes. Never send them to anyone, including us.
Security issues
If you find a security vulnerability, please email us with "Security" in the subject and give us a reasonable time to fix it before disclosing it publicly. Do not access other players' data or disrupt the Service while testing.
Business and partnerships
For partnerships, press or sponsorship, use the same address with a short description of your proposal.
