Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Salman Aljohani ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you use Past Strike, including the website at https://paststrike.com and the game (the "Service"). We designed the game itself to collect as little personal data as possible. Please also read our Terms of Service.

1. Who Is Responsible

The controller responsible for your personal data is Salman Aljohani, an individual based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You can contact us at contact@paststrike.com.

2. Summary

To play, we do not need your email address, real name, phone number, payment details, precise location or contacts.
The free Service is funded by advertising from Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to show and measure ads. Where the law requires consent (for example, in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), this happens only if you agree, and you can change your choice at any time.
We never sell your personal information for money. See Section 12.2 for your U.S. state privacy choices regarding personalized ads.
Voluntary support payments are handled by Ko-fi and PayPal, not by us.
You can download or delete your game data at any time from within the game.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Guest identifier. A random identifier generated by your browser and kept in its local storage. Our server stores only a one-way hash of it, which is used to keep your guest rank and statistics.

3.2 Account data (only if you create an account): your username; your password, stored only as a salted scrypt hash; recovery codes, stored only as hashes; your two-factor authentication secret, stored encrypted (if you enable it); the dates of account creation, last login and acceptance of the Terms; a failed-login counter; and records of active sessions (random session tokens stored as hashes).

3.3 Gameplay data: the in-game name you choose, your color, rank points, tier, best mass, kills, games played and last played date, as well as in-match data (positions, actions and scores) processed in real time.

3.4 Technical and security data: your IP address, connection times, and events such as joining a match, account creation and deletion, rate-limit hits and bans, recorded in server logs; and standard technical information automatically sent by your browser (such as browser type), which we do not keep beyond those logs.

3.5 Data stored on your device: language, sound setting, selected color, last used name and the guest identifier (in local storage), and, if you are logged in, a strictly necessary session cookie named "ec_s" (HttpOnly, SameSite=Strict, valid for up to 60 days).

3.6 Advertising data collected by Google: when ads are displayed, Google and its advertising partners may collect your IP address, device and browser information, cookie and advertising identifiers, approximate location derived from your IP address, and information about the ads you see and interact with, in order to deliver, personalize (where permitted), measure and protect ads against fraud. This collection is performed by Google under its own policies; we do not receive this data in identifiable form.

3.7 Voluntary support: if you choose to support us through Ko-fi, Ko-fi and its payment processor PayPal process your payment. We receive the information Ko-fi and PayPal make available to payment recipients (such as your name, email address, amount, currency, date and any message you choose to leave) and use it only to record the payment and meet legal and accounting obligations. We never receive your card or bank details.

3.8 Messages you send us: if you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message.

4. How We Use It and Our Legal Bases

To provide the game, accounts, rankings and leaderboards — performance of our contract with you (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To keep the Service secure and fair: to prevent cheating, fraud, abuse, spam and attacks, and to enforce bans and rate limits — our legitimate interests in operating a secure and fair game (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
To show advertising that keeps the Service free — our legitimate interests; and, for personalized ads and advertising cookies in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), collected through Google's certified consent management platform.
To answer your messages and requests — our legitimate interests and, where applicable, legal obligations.
To record voluntary support payments and comply with accounting, tax and other legal obligations — legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

We do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects. Automated anti-abuse measures (such as rate limits) can be reviewed on request.

5. Cookies, Local Storage and Advertising

5.1 Strictly necessary storage. A session cookie for logged-in users and local storage for your guest identifier and preferences. These are required to provide the Service you request and do not require consent.

5.2 Advertising cookies. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. Cookies that may be used include Google cookies such as "__gads", "__gpi" and "__eoi" on our domain and cookies on Google's own domains (such as DoubleClick). In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, personalized advertising and non-essential advertising cookies are used only with your consent, which you can give, refuse or withdraw through the privacy message and the "Privacy and cookie settings" option shown on the site.

5.3 Your choices. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, and you can opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info or www.youronlinechoices.eu. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser; deleting local storage may remove your guest progress.

6. What Is Public

Your in-game name or username, verified badge, color, tier, scores and rankings are visible to other players and on public leaderboards.

7. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share personal information only:

with our hosting provider (Hostinger International Ltd.), which processes data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations;
with Google, as our advertising provider, as described in Section 5; Google acts as an independent controller for some of this processing under the Google Privacy Policy;
with Ko-fi and PayPal, if you choose to make a voluntary support payment, under their respective privacy policies;
when required by law, a court order or a valid request from public authorities, or to protect the rights, safety and property of our users, ourselves or others;
with a successor operator of the Service (for example, a company we establish or a buyer of the Service), subject to this Policy.

8. Where Data Is Stored and International Transfers

Our game servers are located in Germany. Google, Ko-fi and PayPal may process data in other countries, including the United States. When data is transferred outside your country, we and our providers rely on the safeguards required by applicable law, such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. How Long We Keep It

Guest profiles: deleted automatically after 45 days of inactivity if they hold fewer than 30 rank points; otherwise kept while you continue to play, or until you delete them.
Accounts: kept until you delete your account. Deletion immediately removes the account, the linked profile and its leaderboard entries.
Session records: up to 60 days after last use.
Server logs: kept for a limited period, normally no more than 30 days, unless needed for longer to investigate abuse or to comply with the law.
Backups: rolling daily backups kept for up to 7 days, after which deleted data no longer exists in backups.
Support payment records and emails: kept as long as needed to handle your request and as required by accounting and tax laws.
Advertising data: retained by Google according to its own policies.

10. Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), salted scrypt password hashing, hashed recovery codes and session tokens, encrypted two-factor secrets, optional two-factor authentication, login rate limits and account lockouts, strict HttpOnly and SameSite cookies, a Content Security Policy, server isolation and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If a breach affecting your data occurs, we will notify you and the competent authorities where required by law.

11. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your data, receive it in a portable format, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent (withdrawal does not affect earlier processing). You can exercise the main rights directly in the game: "Download my data" and "Delete account" in the account menu, and "Delete my guest data" for guests. Advertising consent can be changed through the site's privacy settings. For any other request, contact contact@paststrike.com. We will respond within the period required by law (normally within 30 days) and may need to verify that the request comes from the account holder. We will never ask for your password or recovery codes. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

12. Regional Information

12.1 European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland: the rights described in Section 11 are provided under the GDPR, the UK GDPR and Swiss data protection law. Our legal bases are listed in Section 4. Advertising consent is collected through a Google-certified consent management platform that supports the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework.

12.2 United States — California (CCPA/CPRA) and other U.S. states: in the last 12 months we collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers (username, IP address, random device identifier, cookie and advertising identifiers); internet or other electronic network activity (gameplay, security logs and ad interactions); commercial information (records of voluntary support payments); approximate geolocation derived from IP address; and inferences limited to anti-cheat signals and, through Google, advertising interests. Sources: you, your device and Google. Purposes: those listed in Section 4. We do not sell personal information for money. However, allowing Google to use cookies and identifiers for personalized advertising may be considered "selling" or "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under some U.S. state laws. You can opt out through the "Do not sell or share my personal information" option in the site's privacy settings (when shown in your state), by enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser, or by contacting us. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. You have the right to know, access, correct and delete your personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that would require a right to limit its use. You or your authorized agent may submit requests to contact@paststrike.com.

12.3 Canada (PIPEDA): you may access and correct your personal information and withdraw consent as described above by contacting our privacy contact at contact@paststrike.com. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

12.4 Australia (Privacy Act 1988): we handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles. You may request access or correction, and may complain to us first and, if the matter is unresolved, to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

12.5 Brazil (LGPD): you have the rights set out in Article 18 of the LGPD, including confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion, information about sharing and revocation of consent. Contact us at contact@paststrike.com.

12.6 Saudi Arabia (PDPL) and the United Arab Emirates: we process personal data in accordance with the applicable Personal Data Protection Law, including your rights to be informed, to access and correct your personal data, to request its destruction and to withdraw consent. You may also complain to the competent authority (in Saudi Arabia, the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority, SDAIA). Contact us at contact@paststrike.com.

13. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under the age of digital consent in their country without parental consent). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact contact@paststrike.com and we will delete it.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new date and, for material changes, give notice within the Service before they take effect.

توضّح هذه السياسة كيف يجمع سلمان الجهني ("نحن") معلوماتك الشخصية ويستخدمها ويشاركها ويحميها عند استخدامك لعبة Past Strike، بما في ذلك الموقع الإلكتروني https://paststrike.com واللعبة نفسها (ويُشار إليهما معًا بـ"الخدمة"). وقد صمّمنا اللعبة بحيث تجمع أقل قدر ممكن من البيانات الشخصية. ونوصيك أيضًا بقراءة شروط الخدمة.

1. المسؤول عن البيانات

المسؤول عن معالجة بياناتك الشخصية (المتحكم في البيانات) هو سلمان الجهني، وهو فرد مقيم في المملكة العربية السعودية. ويمكنك التواصل معه عبر contact@paststrike.com.

2. ملخص سريع

لا تحتاج إلى تقديم بريدك الإلكتروني أو اسمك الحقيقي أو رقم هاتفك أو بيانات الدفع أو موقعك الدقيق أو جهات اتصالك لكي تلعب.
الخدمة مجانية وتموّلها إعلانات Google AdSense، وقد تستخدم Google وشركاؤها ملفات تعريف الارتباط (الكوكيز) وتقنيات مشابهة لعرض الإعلانات وقياس أدائها. وفي المناطق التي يشترط فيها القانون الموافقة المسبقة، مثل المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية والمملكة المتحدة وسويسرا، لا يحدث ذلك إلا بموافقتك، ويمكنك تغيير اختيارك في أي وقت.
لا نبيع معلوماتك الشخصية مقابل المال إطلاقًا. وللاطلاع على خياراتك بموجب قوانين بعض الولايات الأمريكية المتعلقة بالإعلانات المخصّصة، راجع البند 12.2.

3. المعلومات التي نجمعها

3.1 معرّف الزائر: رمز عشوائي يُنشئه متصفحك ويحفظه في التخزين المحلي، ولا يحتفظ خادمنا إلا بقيمة مُجزّأة (Hash) منه لا يمكن عكسها، ونستخدمها لحفظ رتبتك وإحصائياتك بصفتك زائرًا.

3.2 بيانات الحساب (عند إنشاء حساب فقط): اسم المستخدم؛ وكلمة المرور، ولا نحفظها إلا في صورة قيمة مُجزّأة ومملّحة بخوارزمية scrypt؛ ورموز الاسترداد، ولا نحفظها إلا في صورة قيم مُجزّأة؛ والمفتاح السري للتحقق بخطوتين، ويُحفظ مشفّرًا (إذا فعّلت هذه الميزة)؛ وتاريخ إنشاء الحساب وآخر تسجيل دخول وتاريخ الموافقة على الشروط؛ وعدد محاولات الدخول الفاشلة؛ وسجلات الجلسات النشطة (رموز عشوائية محفوظة في صورة قيم مُجزّأة).

3.3 بيانات اللعب: الاسم الذي تختاره في اللعبة، ولونك، ونقاط التصنيف، والرتبة، وأعلى كتلة، وعدد الإقصاءات، وعدد الجولات، وتاريخ آخر لعب، إضافةً إلى بيانات الجولة (المواقع والحركات والنتائج) التي تُعالَج لحظيًا أثناء اللعب.

3.4 البيانات التقنية والأمنية: عنوان IP وأوقات الاتصال، وأحداث مثل دخول الجولات وإنشاء الحسابات وحذفها وتجاوز حدود الاستخدام وحالات الحظر، وتُسجَّل في سجلات الخادم؛ إضافةً إلى المعلومات التقنية المعتادة التي يرسلها متصفحك تلقائيًا (مثل نوع المتصفح)، ولا نحتفظ بها خارج تلك السجلات.

3.5 البيانات المحفوظة على جهازك: اللغة، وإعداد الصوت، واللون المختار، وآخر اسم استخدمته، ومعرّف الزائر (في التخزين المحلي). وإذا سجّلت الدخول: ملف ارتباط ضروري للجلسة اسمه "ec_s" (محمي بخاصيتي HttpOnly وSameSite=Strict، وصالح لمدة أقصاها 60 يومًا).

3.6 بيانات الإعلانات التي تجمعها Google: عند عرض الإعلانات، قد تجمع Google وشركاؤها الإعلانيون عنوان IP، ومعلومات الجهاز والمتصفح، ومعرّفات ملفات الارتباط، والمعرّفات الإعلانية، والموقع التقريبي المستنتج من عنوان IP، ومعلومات عن الإعلانات التي تشاهدها أو تتفاعل معها؛ وذلك لعرض الإعلانات وتخصيصها (حيثما يُسمح بذلك) وقياس أدائها وحمايتها من الاحتيال. وتتولى Google هذه المعالجة وفق سياساتها، ولا تصلنا هذه البيانات بصورة تكشف هويتك.

3.7 الدعم الطوعي: إذا اخترت دعمنا عبر Ko-fi، فإن Ko-fi ومزوّد الدفع PayPal يتوليان معالجة عملية الدفع. وتصلنا المعلومات التي يتيحانها لمستلمي المدفوعات (مثل اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني والمبلغ والعملة والتاريخ وأي رسالة تكتبها)، ولا نستخدمها إلا لتسجيل الدفعة والوفاء بالالتزامات النظامية والمحاسبية. ولا تصلنا أبدًا بيانات بطاقتك أو حسابك البنكي.

3.8 الرسائل التي ترسلها إلينا: إذا راسلتنا بالبريد الإلكتروني، يصلنا عنوان بريدك ومحتوى رسالتك.

4. أغراض الاستخدام والأسس النظامية

تقديم اللعبة والحسابات والتصنيفات ولوحات الصدارة، تنفيذًا للعقد المبرم معك (المادة 6(1)(ب) من اللائحة العامة لحماية البيانات GDPR).
الحفاظ على أمان الخدمة ونزاهتها: منع الغش والاحتيال وإساءة الاستخدام والرسائل المزعجة والهجمات، وتطبيق الحظر وحدود الاستخدام، استنادًا إلى مصلحتنا المشروعة في تشغيل لعبة آمنة وعادلة (المادة 6(1)(و)).
عرض الإعلانات التي تُبقي الخدمة مجانية، استنادًا إلى مصلحتنا المشروعة؛ أما الإعلانات المخصّصة وملفات الارتباط الإعلانية في المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية والمملكة المتحدة وسويسرا فتستند إلى موافقتك (المادة 6(1)(أ))، التي تُجمع عبر منصة إدارة موافقات معتمدة من Google.
الرد على رسائلك وطلباتك، استنادًا إلى مصلحتنا المشروعة وإلى الالتزامات النظامية حيثما تنطبق.
تسجيل مدفوعات الدعم الطوعي والوفاء بالالتزامات المحاسبية والضريبية وغيرها، التزامًا بالأنظمة (المادة 6(1)(ج)).

لا نستخدم بياناتك في اتخاذ قرارات آلية بالكامل تترتب عليها آثار نظامية أو آثار مماثلة في أهميتها، ويمكنك طلب مراجعة أي إجراء آلي لمكافحة إساءة الاستخدام (مثل حدود الاستخدام).

5. ملفات الارتباط والتخزين المحلي والإعلانات

5.1 التخزين الضروري: ملف ارتباط الجلسة للمستخدمين المسجّلين، والتخزين المحلي لمعرّف الزائر وتفضيلاتك. وهذه لازمة لتقديم الخدمة التي تطلبها، ولا تحتاج إلى موافقة.

5.2 ملفات الارتباط الإعلانية: تستخدم جهات خارجية، منها Google، ملفات الارتباط لعرض إعلانات مبنية على زياراتك السابقة لهذا الموقع أو لمواقع أخرى. ويتيح استخدام Google لملفات الارتباط الإعلانية لها ولشركائها عرض إعلانات لك بناءً على زيارتك لهذا الموقع و/أو لمواقع أخرى على الإنترنت. ومن هذه الملفات: ملفات Google مثل "__gads" و"__gpi" و"__eoi" على نطاق موقعنا، وملفات على نطاقات Google نفسها (مثل DoubleClick). وفي المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية والمملكة المتحدة وسويسرا لا تُستخدم الإعلانات المخصّصة وملفات الارتباط الإعلانية غير الضرورية إلا بموافقتك، ويمكنك منح موافقتك أو رفضها أو سحبها عبر رسالة الخصوصية وخيار "إعدادات الخصوصية وملفات الارتباط" في الموقع.

5.3 خياراتك: يمكنك إيقاف الإعلانات المخصّصة من إعدادات إعلانات Google، وإيقاف استخدام بعض الجهات الخارجية لملفات الارتباط في الإعلانات المخصّصة من www.aboutads.info أو www.youronlinechoices.eu. ولمزيد من التفاصيل راجع صفحة كيف تستخدم Google المعلومات الواردة من المواقع والتطبيقات التي تستخدم خدماتها. ويمكنك كذلك حظر ملفات الارتباط أو حذفها من إعدادات متصفحك، مع العلم أن حذف التخزين المحلي قد يؤدي إلى فقدان تقدّمك بصفتك زائرًا.

6. ما يظهر للعامة

يظهر اسمك في اللعبة أو اسم المستخدم، وشارة التوثيق، واللون، والرتبة، والنتائج، والتصنيفات للاعبين الآخرين وفي لوحات الصدارة العامة.

7. مشاركة المعلومات

لا نبيع معلوماتك الشخصية مقابل المال، ولا نشاركها إلا في الحالات التالية:

مع مزوّد الاستضافة (Hostinger International Ltd.)، الذي يعالج البيانات نيابةً عنا بموجب التزامات تعاقدية بالسرية والأمان؛
مع Google بصفتها مزوّد الإعلانات كما هو موضّح في البند 5، وتعمل Google متحكمًا مستقلًا في جزء من هذه المعالجة وفق سياسة خصوصية Google؛
مع Ko-fi وPayPal إذا اخترت تقديم دعم طوعي، وفق سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بكل منهما؛
إذا اقتضى ذلك نظام أو حكم قضائي أو طلب نظامي صحيح من جهة رسمية، أو لحماية حقوقنا أو حقوق مستخدمينا أو غيرهم أو سلامتهم أو ممتلكاتهم؛
مع أي جهة تتولى تشغيل الخدمة مستقبلًا (مثل منشأة نؤسسها أو جهة تستحوذ على الخدمة)، على أن تلتزم بهذه السياسة.

8. مكان تخزين البيانات ونقلها خارج بلدك

تقع خوادم اللعبة في ألمانيا. وقد تعالج Google وKo-fi وPayPal البيانات في دول أخرى، منها الولايات المتحدة. وعند نقل البيانات خارج بلدك نعتمد نحن ومزوّدونا على الضمانات التي يتطلبها النظام المعمول به، مثل قرارات الكفاية أو البنود التعاقدية القياسية.

9. مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

ملفات الزوار: تُحذف تلقائيًا بعد 45 يومًا من عدم النشاط إذا كان رصيدها أقل من 30 نقطة تصنيف، وإلا فتبقى محفوظة ما دمت تلعب أو إلى أن تحذفها.
الحسابات: تبقى محفوظة إلى أن تحذف حسابك، ويؤدي الحذف إلى إزالة الحساب والملف المرتبط به وظهوره في لوحات الصدارة فورًا.
سجلات الجلسات: حتى 60 يومًا من آخر استخدام.
سجلات الخادم: تُحفظ لفترة محدودة لا تتجاوز عادةً 30 يومًا، ما لم تلزم مدة أطول للتحقيق في إساءة الاستخدام أو للامتثال للأنظمة.
النسخ الاحتياطية: نسخ يومية تُستبدل تباعًا ولا تُحفظ أكثر من 7 أيام، وبعد انقضائها تزول البيانات المحذوفة من النسخ الاحتياطية نهائيًا.
سجلات مدفوعات الدعم والرسائل: تُحفظ طوال المدة اللازمة لمعالجة طلبك، ووفق ما تتطلبه الأنظمة المحاسبية والضريبية.
بيانات الإعلانات: تحتفظ بها Google وفق سياساتها.

10. أمن البيانات

نطبّق ممارسات أمنية معتمدة، منها: تشفير البيانات أثناء نقلها (HTTPS/TLS)، وتجزئة كلمات المرور بخوارزمية scrypt مع التمليح، وتجزئة رموز الاسترداد ورموز الجلسات، وتشفير مفاتيح التحقق بخطوتين، وإتاحة التحقق بخطوتين اختياريًا، وتقييد محاولات الدخول وقفل الحساب مؤقتًا، واستخدام ملفات ارتباط محمية (HttpOnly وSameSite)، وتطبيق سياسة أمان المحتوى، وعزل الخادم وضبط صلاحيات الوصول. ومع ذلك لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة تمامًا، وإذا وقع اختراق يمس بياناتك فسنبلغك ونبلغ الجهات المختصة حيثما يقتضي النظام ذلك.

11. حقوقك

بحسب مكان إقامتك، قد يحق لك الوصول إلى بياناتك، والحصول على نسخة منها بصيغة قابلة للنقل، وتصحيحها، وحذفها، وتقييد معالجتها أو الاعتراض عليها، وسحب موافقتك في أي وقت إذا كانت المعالجة قائمة على الموافقة (دون أن يؤثر ذلك في المعالجة التي تمت قبل السحب). ويمكنك ممارسة أهم هذه الحقوق مباشرة من داخل اللعبة: "تنزيل بياناتي" و"حذف الحساب" من قائمة الحساب، و"حذف بيانات الزائر" للزوار. كما يمكنك تغيير موافقتك على الإعلانات من إعدادات الخصوصية في الموقع. ولأي طلب آخر راسلنا على contact@paststrike.com، وسنرد خلال المدة التي يحددها النظام (عادةً خلال 30 يومًا)، وقد نحتاج إلى التحقق من أن الطلب صادر من صاحب الحساب. ولن نطلب منك أبدًا كلمة المرور أو رموز الاسترداد. ويحق لك أيضًا تقديم شكوى إلى الجهة المختصة بحماية البيانات في بلدك.

12. أحكام خاصة ببعض المناطق

12.1 المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية والمملكة المتحدة وسويسرا: تُكفل الحقوق الواردة في البند 11 بموجب اللائحة العامة لحماية البيانات (GDPR) ونظيرتها البريطانية وقانون حماية البيانات السويسري، والأسس النظامية للمعالجة مبيّنة في البند 4. وتُجمع الموافقة على الإعلانات عبر منصة إدارة موافقات معتمدة من Google تدعم إطار الشفافية والموافقة (IAB TCF).

12.2 الولايات المتحدة — كاليفورنيا (CCPA/CPRA) والولايات الأخرى: خلال الاثني عشر شهرًا الماضية جمعنا الفئات التالية من المعلومات الشخصية: المعرّفات (اسم المستخدم، وعنوان IP، ومعرّف الجهاز العشوائي، ومعرّفات ملفات الارتباط والإعلانات)؛ وبيانات النشاط على الإنترنت (سجلات اللعب والأمان والتفاعل مع الإعلانات)؛ والمعلومات التجارية (سجلات مدفوعات الدعم الطوعي)؛ والموقع الجغرافي التقريبي المستنتج من عنوان IP؛ والاستنتاجات، وتقتصر لدينا على مؤشرات مكافحة الغش، ولدى Google على الاهتمامات الإعلانية. ومصادر هذه المعلومات: أنت وجهازك وGoogle. وأغراض جمعها مبيّنة في البند 4. ونحن لا نبيع المعلومات الشخصية مقابل المال، لكن السماح لـGoogle باستخدام ملفات الارتباط والمعرّفات لعرض إعلانات مخصّصة قد يُعد "بيعًا" أو "مشاركة" لأغراض الإعلانات السلوكية وفق قوانين بعض الولايات الأمريكية. ويمكنك إيقاف ذلك عبر خيار "عدم بيع معلوماتي الشخصية أو مشاركتها" في إعدادات الخصوصية بالموقع (إذا ظهر في ولايتك)، أو بتفعيل إشارة التحكم العالمي بالخصوصية (GPC) في متصفحك، أو بمراسلتنا. ولا نبيع أو نشارك عن علم المعلومات الشخصية لمن هم دون 16 عامًا. ويحق لك معرفة المعلومات التي نجمعها والوصول إليها وتصحيحها وحذفها، وعدم التعرض للتمييز بسبب ممارستك لحقوقك. ولا نستخدم المعلومات الشخصية الحساسة لأي غرض يستوجب منحك حق تقييد استخدامها. ويمكنك، أنت أو وكيلك المفوّض، تقديم الطلبات عبر contact@paststrike.com.

12.3 كندا (PIPEDA): يمكنك الوصول إلى معلوماتك الشخصية وتصحيحها وسحب موافقتك كما هو موضّح أعلاه، بمراسلة مسؤول الخصوصية لدينا عبر contact@paststrike.com، ويحق لك أيضًا تقديم شكوى إلى مكتب مفوض الخصوصية في كندا.

12.4 أستراليا (قانون الخصوصية لعام 1988): نتعامل مع المعلومات الشخصية وفق مبادئ الخصوصية الأسترالية. ويمكنك طلب الوصول إلى معلوماتك أو تصحيحها، وتقديم شكواك إلينا أولًا، فإن لم تُحل فإلى مكتب مفوض المعلومات الأسترالي (OAIC).

12.5 البرازيل (LGPD): تتمتع بالحقوق الواردة في المادة 18 من القانون العام لحماية البيانات، ومنها: التأكد من وجود معالجة لبياناتك، والوصول إليها، وتصحيحها، وإخفاء هويتك فيها، ونقلها، وحذفها، ومعرفة الجهات التي نشاركها معها، وسحب موافقتك. راسلنا عبر contact@paststrike.com.

12.6 المملكة العربية السعودية والإمارات العربية المتحدة: نعالج البيانات الشخصية وفق نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية المعمول به (أو القانون المماثل)، بما يكفل حقك في العلم بكيفية معالجة بياناتك، والوصول إليها، وتصحيحها، وطلب إتلافها، وسحب موافقتك. ويحق لك أيضًا تقديم شكوى إلى الجهة المختصة (وهي في المملكة العربية السعودية: الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي "سدايا"). راسلنا عبر contact@paststrike.com.

13. الأطفال

الخدمة غير موجّهة للأطفال دون 13 عامًا، ولا نجمع عن علم معلومات شخصية عن أطفال دون هذا السن (أو دون سن الموافقة الرقمية في بلدهم من غير موافقة أحد الوالدين). وإذا كنت تعتقد أن طفلًا زوّدنا بمعلومات شخصية، فراسلنا عبر contact@paststrike.com وسنحذفها.

14. تعديل هذه السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، وسننشر النسخة المحدّثة في هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ التحديث الجديد، وسنعرض إشعارًا داخل الخدمة قبل سريان أي تعديلات جوهرية.
